Being American/Canadian living in the states, we knew this would be a tough process, but Laura was there and very patient with us. We tried for many months to figure out if we wanted to buy land & build or buy a cottage and renovate, and through it all, Laura was doing video calls at all properties in snow and rain with her beautiful dog Milo. Once we finally found our new place, Laura was there every step of the way helping us navigate the Canadian process, referring local trades people, and setting up a lock box to help us get renovations organized. If you’re looking for a place in the Bow Valley, Laura is definitely the agent you want to have working for you.
