If this company were mine, I would be ashamed to have Karen and Winston Conyers working for me. They are heartless and money hungry people. I didn't even burry my husband and they were already at my door asking about my property and if I'm willing to sell it. This is a family home and not for sale and they didn't accept my answer and they come to my home every other day to see if I changed my mind. I understand that people need money but this is truly unacceptable. I feel very hurt.

Glynis and her partner, Kirsten, are the most honest and enthusiastic realtors we have ever had the pleasure to work with. With the narrow range of prospective buyers for our home they were persistent and spared no expense advertising. They learnt the nuances of our unusual property, were present for every showing, and helped prospective buyers make an informed decision. In searching for a home they pointed out deficiencies, encouraged us to search for the ideal property, and were prepared to work long hours to meet deadlines. During both our sale and subsequent home purchase they assisted us every step of the way. They introduced us to trustworthy people – a property inspector, mortgage broker, conveyancing attorney, and removal company. Whatever we needed they either had at their fingertips or would find out. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and have a strong work ethic. I don’t believe Glynis and Kirsten have the words “No” or “I don’t have time” in their vocabulary, they make it happen often putting their own desires and lives on hold to do it.

Highly advise using any other realty company, this branch of Sothebys and their Canmore employees are highly unfavourable and will try to list your home at any random pick of an unreasonable number in order to make a quick buck! I’m from Saskatchewan and moved here in ‘03 with my family, now trying to move back and sell our current home in the beautiful Rockies. Was a very unpleasant experience, and unfortunately there are not many realtors in this town so not many options. Sothebys was a kind of last, last resort type of option for us after trying every other realtor here and we have been failed yet again. Please save yourself the months and years of trouble and find someone to sell your home that you can trust! After all it is your home with all your families memories and so it deserves that much that you find someone who can understand the love within and find the right buyer for you. Gina Stockwell blew our high expectations out of the water! As a financial professional myself, I have met a lot of realtors. We carefully interviewed many of the top realtors on the Sunshine Coast before hiring Gina. Start to finish she was highly professional, approachable, easy to reach, well-organized, punctual, generally fabulous to work with and even fun! Gina provided excellent advice in regards to negotiation even before we hired her related to a challenging neighbour situation. She was sharp, calm, confident and right on point during the selling negotiation. We had multiple offers and it sold in less than a week. For example, the Home Stager she sent to my home transformed it from beautiful and almost there to stunning and picture perfect nearly over night. The professional photographer was also blown away. She said our home was absolutely perfect, with nothing out of place, and that even though she photographs many, many homes, she would love to live in ours. Even the “For Sale” sign Gina put in front of our house was impressive, highly professional, beautiful, freshly painted soldi wood and perfect. It actually added to the overall appearance of the property, a sharp contrast to the cheap, ratty-looking metal framed boards we see around town.
