I purchased a vacation rental in the Grande Rockies to be used as an airbnb property. I live in Winnipeg Manitoba but Marty made the transaction smooth as possible, and me comfortable every step of the way knowing that I was not near the property. He goes above and beyond his job. For possession date, he was able to go through property via FaceTime to make sure everything was in good working order. We ran into some plumbing issues and he has been dealing with showing the suite and relaying messages for me back and forth. I highly recommend Marty and will be dealing with him with next purchase in Canmore.
