You always informed us of any single small movements, so I felt very comfortable all the time and you totally earned our trust. This was a very stressful time for us to move to a different province with two small kids and you made everything easy. Even when our lawyer made mistakes, you stepped up and you were the one who solved problems. Whenever we needed your help, you never hesitated to help us and we felt that you were more knowledgeable than our lawyer. We gave you a very tight schedule to sell our house and you found a buyer within 24 hours after you advertised nicely. We sold our house at the price we wanted. We talked with you directly all the time instead of your assistance and you really valued our time. We felt that you were here for us all the time. If anyone is looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and trustworthy, I strongly recommend hiring Dan McGuire and we believe that he is the best in Canmore/Banff area from our experience. Also, we found that he was an outstanding negotiator and truly honest person who can provide a good result. Moreover, he always offered very personal services like luxury hotels offer and we felt that he was working for us 24/7. After we interviewed a couple of realtors, it was a tough decision which realtor we should go with, so we asked both our best friend and our family member and both of them who had great experiences selling and buying houses voted Dan and this decision gave us a very successful result with 100% satisfaction!
