(Translated) I personally dealt with one of the Kifah el Ali agents, he is a dishonest person who never stops lying he scammed me on December 15, 2020 by selling me winter tires which he says date from 2019 who made 1 winter and about 8000km when in reality they date from September 2011 (8 years difference a real big lie) they made several winters and certainly much more than 8000km. That in real estate language is false representation and hiding a hidden aim. He categorically refuses to compensate me for his scam. I don't understand how Royal Lepage Champlain has a person like him on his team. Be very careful when doing business with him he is a professional conman in my opinion. (Original) J'ai eu affaire personnellement à un des agents Kifah el Ali c'est une personne malhonnête qui n'arrête pas de mentir il m'a arnaqué le 15 decembre 2020 en me vendant des pneus d'hiver dont selon lui ils datent de 2019 qui ont fait 1 hiver et environ 8000km quand en réalité ils datent de septembre 2011 (8 ans de différence un vrai grand mensonge) ils ont fait plusieurs hiver et beaucoup plus que 8000km certainement. Ça en language immobilier c'est de la fausse représentation et cacher un vise caché. Il refuse catégoriquement de me dédommager suite à son arnaque. I had the misfortune of working with one of their brokers, Gita Rajpal, extremely dishonest and unprofessional behavior. Her brokerage did nothing to correct her behavior when I contacted them and I have filed a formal complaint. I do not know the quality of the other brokers, but I would not recommend her services. My advice is to steer clear. There are good and honest agents, but she is not one of them.
