This is very convenient for those working in town and who don’t want to have to take their car and pay for parking every day. Our prices are very competitive for new construction townhouses and condos. In comparison to the same square footage and inclusions (such as elevator and interior parking), we tend to be 30,000$ less expensive than other projects in the area.

awful location!!! 50 m from train track!! false advertising! very misleading once you sum up the amounts the real selling price is around 550 000. Location is horrible , the area has a very high crime rate and the area looks run down.
