J'étais surprise que ce soit une femme qui me rappelle car l'agent était un homme. Elle me dit qu'elle fait partie d'une équipe. Nous visitons mais la personne ne semble pas bien connaître la résidence et nous donne quelques informations erronées. Heureusement, la personne avec qui j'étais s'y connaissais et a pu corriger ses dires. Après cette visite, j'ai contacté au moins 7 fois, par courriel, par texto, par téléphone, directement à l'agente, directement à l'équipe, directement à Rémax, pour faire une offre d'achat. Cette semaine, je reçois un courriel automatique me disant que l'adresse courriel de l'agente a été désactivée. Je téléphone donc chez Rémax. On m'a dit ''je vous rappelle aujourd'hui'' au moins 4 fois. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu d'appels. La propriété est encore à vendre! Le plus ironique est qu'entre temps, je reçois encore des courriels marketing de leur équipe, qui me demande si je voudrais avoir un courtier immobilier qui s'occupe de moi... Drôle de service à la clientèle. EDIT : suite a votre message mensonger je me dois de vous répondre. Jamais on m’a dit que la maison avait eu des offres d’achats acceptée. Non seulement personne ne m’a rappelé mais j’ai aussi demandé à la secrétaire chez remax qui n’en avait aucune idée. De plus, l’agente qui m’a fait visite ne m’a jamais redonné un retour d’appel. Je trouve cela vraiment inacceptable que vous me répondiez ceci alors que c’est tout à fait faux. En plus, suite à mon avis négatif sur Google vous m’avez répondu en moins de 15 minutes par courriel ! Alors que ça fait 5 jours que quelqu’un doit me rappeler. Vous envoyez des courriels plein de fautes disant à vos clients potentiels que vous pourriez vous occuper de leur trouver une maison, mais vous n’êtes même pas capable de me rappeler.
