When we first met with him, we discovered that he also sold the home of some other friends. David was exceptionally courteous and respectful throughout the whole process and he guided us along every step of the way. The listing of the property and the asking price were right on the mark! Like any investor, buying out of state/province real estate is really difficult. Though I've been to Montreal a few times, I didn't know it intimately, but wanted to reap the benefits of Montreal's rising real estate market. Enter David. I bought a multi-unit virtually, without going there once. I not only appreciated David for his ability to deal with out of town investors by arming them with great knowledge, contacts from contractors, insurance brokers, inspectors etc, but also his opinion of the market. This was a secret weapon. Often I find real estate agents just want to do a deal, and often don't have an opinion. David was affirmative in his thoughts, and that instilled confidence in the decision making process. He was quick to say which one he would personally buy, sent me videos or video called me to do tours, and handled the closing on his own. His attitude is fantastic: calm (stoic like), resourceful, to the point, and a great negotiator. This was as close as turn-key I've ever been with any of my investments. I'd highly recommend David .

He has an impressive experience and knowledge and will always give you the right advice. For my first apartment, we visited more than 21 places, and he was always extremely helpful, patient and wanted to make sure I was finding the right place for me. If something was wrong with a place, he would tell me right away. Finally, David will always do the extra step to ensure all is good for you. He regularly was reaching out to me in between negotiations or after to ensure all was right. As a prime example, he came in a middle of a Sunday helping me empty my swimming pool as it was the first time I was taking care of one and was not sure on how to operate it. When we move again in a few years, we'll ask Dave to be our agent again. Both to buy a new home and to sell our current one. We never felt pressured during the many weeks (at least two months, I think) that he was showing us houses and we saw a lot of houses. He always gave us his opinion if we asked for it and had great referrals for experts, like the home inspector and a foundation company that did great work sealing a crack that we were aware of when we bought the house. We recommend him highly.
