A complain has been filed. (Original) On a eu affaire a Ilona et un vrai désastre... (ose se mettre une propre note en plus!!!) Ca a ete impossible de l’avoir au telephone (2 semaines avant d’avoir une reponses) pour se faire appeler par son « adjoint ». Nous a appeler une fois sans meme se presenter... Aucune courtoisie... A eviter a tout prix!! Mise a jour : elle n’a donc meme pas pris la peine de me rentre dans leur banque de donner! Ou alors il tente de faire passer ma note comme faux... et me traite literallement de menteur!! Voila le professionnalisme de cette agence, qui en plus me répond en anglais et meme en français!!!
