Stephanie was the FOURTH realtor we interviewed and are we glad we did! Yes, we are picky and YES it paid off! Because with the first 3, I got the impression they will do a decent job and get you a decent offer but they won't hustle for you the way she does. With Stephanie we instantly connected because we could tell she's AMBITIOUS! She's a very positive person and a real hard-worker and will get the BEST deal for you, not just a 'good enough deal'. I trusted my instincts and went with her and it paid big dividends as our house got multiple offers and sold BEFORE the first weekend! We were supposed to have an Open House on Sunday but it didn't even get there. :) Before the first open house, we got two offers and sold it for $40,000 over asking price! With other agents, I felt they will get us fair market value but nothing more and a couple were acting like even that will be difficult. No it won't. It all depends on your attitude and this girl is a winner! Quite frankly they just weren't as ambitious or confident as her! She, like me, believed a great offer IS possible and we should aim high and be optimistic. Others, due to their own limiting beliefs were MUCH MORE conservative. Go with your gut, go with what feels right. She did for us and it paid off. We're real glad we picked her! Thank you Stephanie!
