Not only did he help us buy our place in Waterloo in 2016 when we moved there for university, but he helped us sell it in 2021 when we graduated and were ready to move again. "Sales Mat can sell! "Sales Mat" has sold 3 properties for me. I couldn't be happier with the effort, hard work and attention preparing the properties for viewing and sale. (They all sold! ) Sales Mat is smart! The very first time I met Sales Mat was as a open house. I wanted to test his knowledge and asked him a series of complicated and challenging questions about developing and Matt navigated them easily because he was more then prepared to answer them! Since he impressed me so much, I asked Matt to sell one of my properties! Sales Mat is more then just a realtor. I was trying to finish a big project in time to meet the MLS listing date but my sub contractor didn't show up to install the tiles. No problem Matt replied when I was whining to him ! The next day he showed up and professionally installed all the tiles and back splash in both units. WOW, what a fantastic job he did!!! Because of "Tile Mat" I was able to meet the MLS deadline and Sales Mat sold the property for more then I asked for! Sales Mat is a movie star! On another property I re built Sales Mat made excellent video and staged the house showcasing all the features including the garage by renting a sick muscle car (barracuda) and driving out of the garage in style! So cool and fun! The list can go on for a while about all the little extras that are not in writing he gives because of his integrity and to show his clients that he is the man for the job! I will always choose "Sales Mat" as my realtor of choice to buy and sell no questions asked! P.s. Sales mat fun fact! Sales Mat made and installed his own "for sale" sign post and sign. Now that's impressive!
