My business partner and I owned a beautiful Victorian manor in Cambridge, Ontario. We reviewed all the available approaches to help sell it (realtor, owner sale, ComFree, etc.) and settled on Property Guys as the most effective, economical method. We weren't happy with the prospect of paying a $25,000 sales commission on a house worth over $800,000. Mike Macartney and Dave Penrith, the principals of Property Guys in Waterloo Region, put their all into our project. They toured the house and made sensible, affordable recommendations for 'touch-ups' which would further entice potential buyers. Then they researched the immediate neighbourhood for recent sales of homes of similar size and features to establish a sale price that would attract significant attention from buyers. Throughout the process, Mike and Dave provided all of the knowledge and experience of real estate pros but at a fraction of the usual cost. I can't say enough about the professionalism, ethics, and effectiveness of the Property Guys team in Waterloo Region. My next home sale (or purchase) will definitely involve the agency. Property Guys is to real estate as Uber is to the taxi industry -- dramatic cost savings with all of the trappings of the conventional approach to selling your home.

This is second time we have used PG to sell our house. For $2000 flat rate Mike took care of everything all we had to do is to leave the house and after few days sign sale agreement with $50000 over asking. Best of all no outrageous commissions paid. Thanks Mike you were awesome

A staff member here continually spammed my Facebook group with their listings and had to be banned from the group. When confronted about this on their Facebook page, the company denied this and one of the owners sent me a very personal and harassing direct message from his personal (not their business) account. When I called out the message, he decided to report me to Facebook claiming harassment, and now, in the midst of a pandemic with family across the country, I can't use messenger for a week. The owners of this business are absolutely pathetic and THIS is the way they treat their community - with back-handed harassment and revenge? Learn to take some negative feedback. EDIT: just to be clear for everyone reading this - based on Mike's response below, he took retaliation as the path forward to negative feedback about his business, and chose to willingly have a community member have their ability to facebook message their loved ones revoked for a full week. Read that again - instead of taking the feedback to heart, he chose to retaliate.

Get them involved early in the process. Although their lockbox service offered added security during viewings people had difficulty understanding how to use it Overall we will use PropertyGuys again.
