My girlfriend and I were looking for a house in KW in a very competitive market. We had a limited budget but we're able to get the perfect house for us within our budget. Paul took the time at each house we look at to go through everything we could so we fully understood what we were getting into, from plumbing and wiring to pro and cons of re - sale and more. This was a huge bonus for us being first time buyers. When most realtor's were in and out of a showing in 15 Min's the average time we spent at a house was a hour a visit.
