Here we are on open house day ready to see the house and let them know we want the place. House sold!!! cancelled open house!!!! Thanks for selling this place and not giving us a chance.

What a pleasure to work with Jake and his two sons. Jake helped me find the house that met every item on my wish list. He promptly kept me informed of all new listings that fit the parameters of my seach. Jake was able to get me into the listings I wanted to see, first. When we inspected properties, Jake had a seasoned eye and was able to point out the pluses and weaknesses of a property.
