Words cannot describe the most amazing service the Sarah MacInnis Real Estate Team has provided our family these past few weeks! As a military family we have moved across Canada several times in the past and have purchased many a house. However this year was different, as never before have we faced so much uncertainty and stress brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic. Having to move to Kingston I was ready to settle for the first house that would suit my family most basic needs. But as luck would have it, I was referred to Sarah and her team. I knew from the very beginning after meeting Melissa their team lead, that I was in good hands. She listened to what were looking for and arranged showings to any and all houses that caught our eye. Phil (who gives off a great Dad vibe) attended all the showings on behalf of the team, and he made certain that I didn't settle for any house that didn't meet our expectations. As time went on I grew worried, however Melissa kept us informed and calmed. Sure enough the dream home came up and on the first day on the market Melissa immediately notified us and by the days end we had an accepted offer. In the coming days Phil arranged my house inspection, septic and well reports and even personally had the water tested without me even having to lift a finger. By the weeks end I was confident that this house was perfect both inside and out and was able to close on the house knowing that my family had a safe place to move to this summer. The best part is that I have yet to step into this new home as this was all done VIRTUALLY from the comfort of my own home in Yellowknife 5000km away! From the bottom of my heart I am indebted to the service Sarah and her team provided us. They are the industry standard of what professional realtors should be! To anyone who is looking for a realtor and facing the new reality of virtual home buying you would be choosing right to have Sarah and her team be your realtors! Thank you!
