Elana Campbell sold a severed cottage property for us. We had a 24 acre parcel which we severed into 3 lots. The first lot which was a waterfront cottage lot sold very quickly but the other two were always going to be harder to sell. One was a rocky lot not on the water and the other had a microfit solar system on the land (more of a specialized field for sales). Elana was amazing throughout the whole process, answering emails and texts and phone calls 7 days a week and at all hours (but not pressing for answers if you didnt want to respond). She worked with you. The properties were remote and Elana travelled back and forth regularly to check on the lots and to show clients. I was really impressed with her dedication and helpfulness throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Elana to anyone looking to sell a property of any kind in any location.
