We recently moved from Toronto to Kingston on short notice due to my husbands job transfer. Peggy came highly recommend by his company. From the beginning of our conversation with Peggy we were immediately impressed by her first hand knowledge of the Kingston community from her years of experience raising her own family here. Peggy was able to work remotely with us to help us narrow down our property choices and was able to deliver showings for the properties which most closely met our needs. Her communication was prompt and she was always responsive to our texts. This was a great advantage being out of town and put us at ease and developed great trust which is critical in the client relationship. The property we settled on was within all our parameters and also came in under budget- an added bonus and was also within the school district we desired for our daughter who has special needs. Peggy was very understanding of how important this was to us in order to support our kids and give them both the house and school that meets their needs. My husband is thrilled that he is also five minutes from his workplace which had never happened in his entire career. Our stress levels are much lower and we can thank Peggy for having a hand in this. Peggy was an outstanding agent to work with and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a high quality property in Kingston. A+ agent and human being!
