Joel was by far the best realtor iv worked with after moving 4 times. From the start he was extremely organized, professional and always had time for me. When it was time for the photoshoot at the house he came over made some great suggestions and even had a cleaning service come by to help get the house shining. He even helped and cut my grass to make sure everything was just perfect before the photo shoot. He had very talented professionals come over with cameras and a drone. The video, virtual toor and house floor plan made my listing stand out amongst the others on the market in my area. He was very proactive in making sure my house had showings. Most days I had 4-5 people come through. In the end, my house sold like a flash! I would not only recommend him I would say you are missing out if you dont!
