The real estate market is intense right now. Thankfully Jessica held our hand through all the ups and downs. She helped us view a million houses, even ones that we knew were too small for my husband, or too expensive for me. She took us out of our comfort zones, brought our expectations down to reality and ultimately helped us win our beautiful new family home. The home we bought was in an area I never would have considered in the beginning, but now I can’t picture us living anywhere else, THANKS JESS!! When I wanted to try my hand at being a landlord Jessica was there with lots of helpful tips. She found us comparable near-by properties and gave us a great ball-park for how much we could charge for rent. When we realized 9 months later that the whole landlord thing was not for us, there was Jess ready to help us sell. I had fallen in love with the place nearly 5 years ago while I was pregnant with my first and I was none too keen to say goodbye to it, even though I knew it was time to move on. Jessica helped couch me through it. She marketed the heck out of it on social media creating a beautiful video (that got THOUSANDS of views), and getting stagers and professional photographs done. I was so impressed with the listing I nearly didn’t want to sell! When it sold to a little a family from out of town I was so happy (and the price we got for it was great too!)
