Katherine was an outstanding "ambassador" for Hotel Kimberley. So friendly, accommodating and patient. Huge rooms; old hotel, could use a face lift but for price and amount of time stormy in a room, well worth the stay. Clean and that is most important!

Stayed here while in town for a recent Spartan race - incredibly quiet room in a comfortable hotel. It may be an older property but it is clean and welcoming with terrific staff ! Great value.

Second time staying at this hotel, The staff is very friendly and the hotel is located close to many amenities and our favorite golf course. When we booked in and saw Kathryn and Anthony it was like we picked up where we left off last time , make you feel like family . Would recommend this hotel hands down. Happy Birthday Kathryn. Rooms definitely were not as advertised. Our room had a large patch I'm the ceiling above the bed that was already separating. Friends were in the room below and the wall paper and drywall was stained and crumbling below the windowsill and air conditioning. The lady that checked us out was Pleasant but rang the service bell and waited for almost 10 mins before we found someone sitting in the closed off lounge area reading her book. Seemed very put out that we interrupted her reading so we could check in

The hotel has been updated and is still a work in progress in some rooms but the location is very central and Management and staff were very friendly and accommodating. They offer a great breakfast and some days of the week a dinner menu.

Stayed here for Oktoberfest in the mountain town of Kimberley. A terrific stay at a wonderful family owned hotel. Huge rooms and very comfortable. House keeping staff were fantastic keeping the room and bathroom very clean for our 3 day stay. Awesome time. Thanks Hotel Kimberley. We will be back.

The managers there are extremely accommodating and kind. They really helped us out in a very bad situation and we are so very thankful for their generosity. Hotel is a bit dated, but the service more than makes up for it. Very central location in Kimberly - walking distance to the whole downtown area.

I enjoyed my stay, while attending Julyfest. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit dated but it's a work in progress as the new management starts changing things. Location was great for walking to the brewery and some of the pubs/restaurants in downtown. And there is a drugstore and grocery store next door as well. I would stay here again.

Although the staff were very pleasant, our stay was not good at all. The rooms were dirty and old. Mold in the showers. When I woke in the morning after our first night, I was cut in the back of the leg from a spring sticking out of the mattress. Then later that day bites appeared on my foot, BEG BUGS!!!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, its old and run down and they have bed bugs!!

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of town and is very close to shops, banks and restaurants. The owners make you feel so welcome and always on hand to help with any questions you have. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are massive with all you need to make your stay very comfortable. Thank you for going that extra mile for me and will book again in the future. What a gem! We stayed here with our family over the long weekend! All I can say is location, location, location and many beautiful upgrades. So close to the Pilatsa (shopping, Brew pubs, restaurants and all the action). Also super easy and close to get to all the bike trails! We'll definitely be back!

BEWARE!!!!! Even though there are very few affordable places to stay in this town, you want to avoid this place the way you avoid bed bugs. Spend the extra money to stay someplace clean and accommodating. The room was super gross, unclean carpet, stains on everything including sheets and towels. It looked like some of the blankets were chewed on by mice. This hotel never had anyone at the front desk, and when I went to make a complaint, the front desk attendant was extremely rude and unhelpful. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times as it has a great price point. We just finished our most recent stay and the new owners went above and beyond to accommodate us and our baby! Such nice staff, older rooms however it does look like they are working on Reno’s. Hotel and rooms very clean. Will be back again!!!

Quaint hotel, I hit it during the off season (winter) but staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Rooms are older but well maintained and clean. Loved how we were in the middle of everything and a close walk to good food. Would definitely stay again

I loved everything about our stay yesterday, check in was nice & easy, the manager was super friendly ( I still didn't see any scar on your neck) They give out a nice little treat when you arrive. The room was amazing, very clean, bed was super comfortable, love the flooring opposed to ragged carpets,like you usually see in hotel rooms. The continental breakfast was just what we needed to start our day. Great job with updating this hotel, we will reccomend this hotel to all our family & friends. Expensive. Reviews said hotel had recent renovations but the elevator was the only renovated part of the hotel. I would stay on the ski hill next time. Breakfast was not fresh and I could have brought a box of cereal and a jug of milk and feed my kids just as well. Parking was very difficult.
