Whether you are building, buying or selling you will want Jennifer in your corner looking out for your interests. I started off looking at a new build with very specific requirements for a garage and Jen came prepared with tons of info and asked all the questions of the builders I hadn't even thought of asking. After a couple months of looking into and negotiating on a new build, I threw her a huge curveball when I found a house on the market outside the city and gave her very little notice that I wanted to tour the house. Jen was prepared with market data and sound advice while we toured, and we made an offer. I was impressed by how quickly she was able to change gears and all the small things she took care of like getting a sample of the well water tested so that it was ready for the bank. There was absolutely no pressure from her on what to offer - her concern was making sure that I was completely comfortable with my offer. I feel like that's such a rare quality to find in the real estate industry. On the selling side, she was equally fantastic to work with. The staging advice and photo/video marketing were great (thanks for loaning me the dining table!) and made the house show very well. She did an excellent job keeping me informed of showings and went into detail reviewing and comparing offers with me which made the entire process go smoothly. Being a first time home buyer can be a little nerve wracking but Logan was there to answer any of our questions as well as offer up a lot of information (when we didn't know what questions to ask). There was no need to explain the nuances and challenges of a BGRS move, the Jennifer Queen Team have extensive experience moving military families. I can't emphasise how important this was given that I had one week to fly from a foreign country and close a home. Home showings were expertly lined up back to back the first day. Logan's eye for detail and knowledge of the Winnipeg home market quickly whittled down the list of homes. Recently bought a house from the team and was disappointed with the service. There was misrepresentation on the year of the appliances. When someone is spending the amount of money they are to buy a house, they should be able to trust what is provided in the listing details. The agent's client left the house in less than ideal shape for us. Additionally, one of our house keys was hidden outside the home with the listing agent's tag on it, we found it weeks after moving in as we were never informed.

We first contacted Logan and The Jennifer Queen Team in January of 2020 with no real knowledge of how to buy a house. As first-time home-buyers we had a very specific set of needs we were looking for, and a very strict timeline due to our pending parenthood. Logan was an incredible agent and advocate for us throughout our home buying process. He patiently took us through many prospective homes, demonstrating extreme flexibility to accommodate our schedules, and taking the time and care to explain all of the potential issues each house would need addressed should we want to make an offer. Keeping our needs and budget in mind, he was thoughtful and caring throughout all the emotional and logistical ups and downs of the purchasing process. After multiple offers, we finally purchased our home, but Logan was still very much involved.
