Called Greg Hamilton to veiw a $830,000.00 home. I simply called to setup a viewing, and he immediately asked me if I was already qualified to purchase this house, then asked if I was sure I could afford the house, and then informed me that he requested a pre-screening meeting a his office. During a 3 minute phone call he managed to lose a client, and give the company a bad rep through here.

This Realty group, Especially Winn Adair are extremely mean and rude to people that currently reside/rent at an address they are trying to sell. We are currently living at a place Winn Adair is trying to sell, they claim they gave us 24hrs notice before a viewing but they pretty much enter our house when we want. Winn pretends to be nice on the phone to us but threatens to call the renters board because we told her they never gave us a true 24 hr notice. I'll never buy or sell a house through these people ever. Sutton group = evil people who only care about money. Winn Adair who claims to help people really just doesn't care about people sounds like she cares about money. Way to go Sutton group. There's probably tons of other small stories like mine, I'm just the first to speak out.

Cannot recommend Sam highly enough. In my opinion, he is the best realtor in Winnipeg. As first time home buyers, we were totally unsure what we were getting into. Sam was always available day and night to explain things and answer our questions. He always got back to us within a few minutes. He took us to see a ton of houses and never once tried to rush us or pressure us into anything. In fact, he talked us out of making offers on a few places he knew weren't what we really wanted. He is very experienced and knows the market inside and out. He is super well connected and can put you in touch with the best mortgage brokers, home inspectors etc. Most importantly of all, he made the process fun. Looking for a house can be stressful but Sam always kept things light and relaxed. We had tons of laughs along the way.
