We recently upgraded our house with Gino and can't say enough good things about him. We actually found him by looking online at the top rated real estate sales agents in Winnipeg and noticed he blew all the other companies out of the water. We called him at the office, left a message with the receptionist and had a call back within 10 seconds of hanging up the phone. We booked an appointment for the following day. Gino came out to see our home and within minutes my wife and I knew he was the one for the job. He was knowledgeable, transparent and able to answer all 40 of our questions regarding selling then buying. Our house sold within 4 days of the sign going up. Next step was to buy our forever home. A few days after our house sold, we booked a day to go see 2 houses we had been eyeing up for a few weeks. Gino was able to get us in to see those houses along with 2 other "curve balls" he picked. Ultimately, we ended up taking a few weeks to find the perfect home as we apparently are a bit more picky than we thought. Gino actually told us not to walk, RUN away from a few houses which he instantly spotted issues with which was a breath of fresh air for us to hear a "sales rep" tell us the honest truth about what he was trying to sell. We would give you 100 stars if we could!
