Jeff Michie listed our house just as the covid pandemic impacted the province. At the time, people were weary to view homes. Jeff's team used lots of pictures and produced a sharp marketing plan that focused on the property, not the real estate company. We had some difficulty with the buyers agent, specifically mortgage approvals, which caused some initial delays. Jeff stepped up and followed through the issue by asserting accountability from the other agent. Jeff and his team handled all of the bureaucracy and paperwork on that matter, without me needing to chase it down. We sold the house during the early stages of the pandemic within days, when the market was slow from the previous six months. There are lots of uncontrolled aspects in real estate, but a good real estate agent makes the difference. Jeff is exceptionally patient but driven to close the deal at the best price and value. He did not make unreasonable price drops, and ensured that my asks were fair. He is professional and reliable. I was even surprised that he came out into the country to view (and knowingly not list) on a Friday night... other agents did not. I never felt pressured with Jeff. I highly recommend Jeff and his team!

A house sold by the Greg Michie team held off on showings till they found an interested buyer with a realtor from the Greg Michie Team. The seller was suppose to review offers as they were received. When we asked the home owner if he reviewed our offer, he didn't even know about it. Pretty shady and manipulative, just so Greg Michie could make double the commission. Not impressed.

I gave the Greg Michie Team 5 stars because I was wowed by the service I was provided not only by the realtors I was dealing with, but with the customer care team they have in the house. When I was first looking for a house I dealt manly with Shauna. Shauna took great interest in what I was looking for and didn't pressure me into just any home. She spent time searching for what fit with what I was looking for. She paid a lot of attention to the homes we looked at and pointed out potential issues with what we were looking at. Shauna was always a quick phone call or text away. She never made you feel she was too busy to answer your questions. She really did work hard for you. This made me feel safe and secure with my choice in using Shauna. The search ended after a few months and I am still pleased with the service 6 years later. I used the Greg Michie Team again and used Jeff as our realtor. Jeff was also great to work with. He was very hands on and showed us many houses for a rental property investment. Jeff was also very knowledgeable during the private viewings in pointing out things that were wrong with the homes we looked at. Jeff's experience in the industry made my husband, sister, and brother in-law feel at ease. Jeff was able to manage all four personalities and did a great job getting the four of us to come to an agreement on what we were looking for. Its not easy working with two separate families and Jeff did great! He was able to find us a great home successfully and it at a price we could afford. The word Team is very fitting for this dynamic group of realtors and customer care staff. They all worked great together and it was an overall positive experience. I defiantly will be using them again in the near future!

After failed attempts to purchase the rite home with other realtors we reached out to Jeff Michie. Jeff helped us land our dream home under market value in a hot sellers market. After making this purchase we did not hesitate hiring Jeff and the Michie team to list our home.
