We met Anthony at an open house. We told him our wishlist for a house and we also let him know we were not actually planning to buy a house until the next year. Surprisingly he sent us listings from time to time. He didn't give up on us. when we were finally ready to buy a house, we let him know we were serious. he gave us tips and he was very honest with what he thought on prices for the houses we looked at. we looked at alot of houses with him and was very accomidating. he never pushed us to buy a house, in fact he tried to talk us out of putting an offer on a house because he thought that the price was too high for what the house offered. we still put an offer and thank goodness we got out bid, because the very next day we found the perfect home with which we have no regrets at all.
