As an anxious person on a good day, this wild market was a lot to deal with, and Anthony was often talking me off a ledge. He consistently renewed my hope. Could not have done it without him. Truly invaluable. I leaned on him for advice about things that were beyond; reno costs, rental potential and some home inspection. With my long term goals in mind, often he had already priced out what the rental potential was before we viewed properties. His knowledge of the market was impressive. As first tome home buyers, we were referred to Anthony by a close friend. From day 1, Anthony was quick to reply to any question we had. If he didn't know, he would be sure to find the correct answer and not feed us any BS. We spent lots of time between deciding between resale or building brand new. Anthony brought us to maybe 10 different companies that fit our budget and we looked at models they had to offer in our price range. We were just about ready to build, then last minute changed our minds. After that, we went to about 30 different resale houses. As we went through each home, Anthony was very patient throughout the process, checked every spot of the house and gave us great advice on whether or not we should pursue it. He would definitely point out the electrical, plumbing and foundation details that only an experienced realtor or trades-person would see. It was very reassuring for us throughout the search. After 4 long months of searching, seeing us up to 5 time a week one time, we found a gem that was put on the market and sold the same day to us. With Anthony's persistence and attentiveness to the market, we were able to find a situation that landed us an amazing house we will be moving into at the end of the month while being able to do our full home inspection on it before signing the final paperwork. He went above and beyond, reaching out to any resource he had to ensure everything went smoothly. *SUMMARY*: 1000% (not a typo) recommend Anthony to anyone searching for a realtor. He will not only help guide you through the process, but also educate you to set you up for success with your house down the road as well. He will give you his honest and genuine opinion. He is one of the most friendly and accommodating person we have met. There are many perks I haven't listed in this review, and we are still learning there are more and more benefits to having Anthony as our realtor. If you're reading this Anthony, thank you so much!

Anthony had the knowledge and expertise to properly position my property and worked tirelessly to select and build the right audience to view my house. He marketed it in all the right ways - including hiring a professional to take spectacular photos & video - and kept consistent communications with me. The times were tough - storms & a pandemic - but he showed amazing flexibility, true diligence and never failed to generate interest! He has a conscious and professional attitude. I went through two other realtors before working with Anthony. Buying a home is a big deal and you need to trust and feel comfortable with the person you’re working with. Anthony was that person for me, he listened and understood my wants and needs. He thoroughly inspected every home with me and was completely honest with what is and isn’t a good investment and I appreciated that so much. With the market being so crazy, looking at several houses a week, losing a handful of bids I was ready to tap out and just get a condo (no hate on condos though) but he knew that’s not what I wanted and didn’t give up, a week later he found me a home that I fell in love with! My husband and I were so happy to have used Anthony as our real estate agent. When buying our first home we were very excited and had a hard time seeing the bigger picture when making such a large purchase. He was so good at explaining what we couldn't see as first time home buyers which assisted us in being more successful in finding the right home for us. We went back for his help 2 more times.
