Seem to only cater to the rich and high-end home owners. Poor marketing team (did not advertise on realtor.ca a single upgrade done on home and had mention of only hot water tank in brochure). Did not attract buyers and did not due homework on strata/duplex. In a hot market, sold for less than asking, and asking was at lowest number in the range they suggested. Stone Sisters love to show pictures of gifts they bring to customers, but nothing for us. Even got them the business of duplex neighbors.

I initially posted a review with one star but will amend my review given the realtor has called and apologized. I appreciate the apology as it requires courage to admit an error in judgement. My interaction with the company was with one particular realtor only, not the owners, and I don't feel the parent company should suffer as a result. Whatever the subsequent action the resulted in an apology indicate they do value customer service and their clients. Despite my initial business transaction with them I would seek out their expertise and refer friends and family to them in the future.
