David Lofthaug is the most unprofessional real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He does not care about his clients at all. When asked a question he is never responsive. He is rude when talking to his clients and it puts a very bad impression on 2% Realty Kelowna. We have been complaining about a few things after our completion however he brushes it over it shoulders. To him it's a finished deal, he's got his commission and has nothing to do with this client after the fact.
