I would like to know what happened at 345 Mary St. yesterday afternoon September 24th regarding the bidding on this home.....please Ari Zider can you explain.....someone l know put an offer on this house at 480,000 and my friend told her agent she would be willing to go higher , so my friends agent sent a text to Ari ( who had plenty of time to see the text and read it ) saying her client was willing to up the price.....unfortunately for my friend Ari never responded back to my friends agent until after the house was sold for 481,500,.... 1,500.00 over asking and my friend was never given the option to bid higher.....do you believe this was in the best interest for your client Ari?????
