From start to finish the sales process from the Jancsik Team was excellent! The photos and video they created of my property that was used for a Marketing tool was amazing! They were very professional and communicative regarding offers and final sale of the house. Mike was very helpful and supportive regarding utilizing his contacts in helping me sell items in my home and providing his own time to check on my property and to provide his own personal dump trailer to help with the removal of unwanted items. We purchased our new home through a competing realtor and Mike was the sellers agent. Once we'd taken possession of the property we'd noticed there an awful lot of debris left in the out building and we wanted to be able to use the building for storage but it was pretty bad inside. I mentioned this to my realtor who in turn contacted Mike and wouldn't you know it, he showed up with two hard working guys, a tractor and a dump trailer that held easily a ton of stuff and cleaned out the mess! Literally at least a ton of garbage these scooped up and took away. At his expense! Within a couple days of me mentioning it to our realtor! What a great guy! Professional and fun to work with at the same time. I'd definitely recommend this up and comer any day. Younger guy but a pro all the way! Heck of a nice guy to boot.

Their communication and knowledge they shared with us helped carry us through this experience with ease. From the pictures, to the drone, signage and all materials were done professionally and all looked great. Sherry, Alicia and Andrea, the ladies providing us with all the appointment information, were so great and organized with all the showings ( and there were many). They have been referred to as the dream team that makes sense of it all. NOW WE KNOW WHY! In the end Michael and his team brought forth 4 bully offers 4 days ahead of offer day and we accepted a great and clean offer well over asking price and could not be happier.
