I live in Vancouver & I got a hold of Stephan by contacting 3 ( somewhat random) agents in the Kamloops area and speaking with each one of them over the phone. Two out of the three were pretty good and I got the best vibe from Stephan. It was a challenging deal with respect to the type of transaction and it required a good amount of baby sitting and Stephan rose to the occasion as a true professional.
