I was solicited by Chris Town via computer generated fishing style offer of a free market evaluation. He pulled the title on my house prior to meeting with me and came to my house and spent 1 hour probing me for my personal information and personal data. He then changed his tune when I told him we weren't planning to sell for at least a couple of years. He also fished out me who my realtor was when we bought! He promptly seemed uninterested thereafter, saying that I could come to the office while he was on floor duty. On that day I tried to contact him after his floor duty. He was not there like he had indicated. His floor duty turned out to be on another day than he said and a different time. I left a message. When he called me back he said he would not provide a market evaluation as we had initially mutually contracted to do. He said I wasn't selling for 2 years so he wasn't interested and didn't like my attitude. He told me to go find another realtor. Meanwhile he had been privy to my person info and viewed my house while I was home alone. This realtor lacks ethics and professional behaviour. Money seems to be the only objective as the behaviour clearly indicates. A realtor with ethics would have provided what he promised and then end edthe relationship if so desired.
