We recently used Mike to sell our home. He came and explained what and how some of the rooms should be set up for the best presentation. We took his advice and he had a professional photographer take photos of the house. The house was listed for one day and an offer was made right away. It all happened so quickly and seamlessly. Mike had already been showing us houses in the Merritt area. It was so cool to see that he showed us stuff that we needed to think about. I would walk in and think of the possibilities and he would be busy looking at windows, appliances and general building things. We had some specific needs and requests and he was able to meet those. After, he helped us find the house to purchase, he assisted us through the whole process. He was patient and helpful whenever I would call and ask my crazy questions. Even when I had already asked that questions. Mike even recommended a good realtor in my parents home town so that they could sell their house and move in with us.
