We’ve used Cam to buy and sell a house and my mom used Cam when she bought her house in Kamloops. We originally met Cam at an open house we attended (we attended probably 30 open houses and Cam was the only realtor who actually followed up and kept in touch with us). Cam was never pushy and never made decisions for us, he always let us take the lead. He got to know us and suggested properties he thought jived with what we were looking for. Every time we asked if we could see a place he would reply quickly and usually was able to arrange showings within a day or so of us inquiring. In search of our first home we went with Cam as our chosen real estate agent through numerous recommendations of other clients he’s had. Right away our chemistry level was high, as he managed a very youthful but yet very professional approach to every matter at hand. We laid out a list of needs and wishes, and he went through every hoop to try and make that happen. He was very responsive at all times of the night, and even agreed to do showings after my shift work late at night, due to the hot market. Any question we had was met with an honest and educated answer and nothing was condescended in his eyes.
