They came and did a property evaluation and discussed how the sweet deal works or we could go a traditional sales route. There was zero pressure on there part, they answered all my questions and eased the nerves that I did have...thanks guys...I went with the sweet deal and received the first payment of 75% of the valued price on the day I decided I wanted to move! How great is that! There was no showing, no hassles at all, no upgrades no anything just pack and leave , it really seemed to good to be true but I'm here to say it was better than that! They sold the house very quickly, and at 98% of the market evaluated price..GREAT JOB. I received the final payment in 3 weeks after the first payment. This list left me overwhelmed because my husband passed away and I was going to have to hire people to do things like paint and change light fixtures. He set up an automated listing service to inform us when new houses came on the market within our criteria, which allowed us to book early showings ahead of other potential buyers. He was extremely patient, and explained many aspects to look for in houses that I wouldn't have thought of. I felt I was an informed home buyer immediately when looking at showings with him. He was extremely knowledgeable in the negotiation process, and seemed to have an excellent grasp on market prices. We met with her in 2019 to discuss our parents likely move, she gave us a full understanding of the benefits of using Sweetly's "Sweet Deal". When they were ready to sell, she was ready to help. She patiently helped my aging parents understand the benefits of selling, supported us while we organized for the sale. The house was sold in less than 5 days at $10,000 over asking because of Kelly's fierce preparation for the market. We are grateful for her expertise, kindness and the support of Sweetly in creating the "Sweet Deal" system. The Sweet Deal system works this way: Sweetly Realty bought the home and gave my parents a payment of 75% of the value of their anticipated sale price on possession day. Sweetly then resold the house, so fast, they will have the remaining 25% payment (less real estate fees) within two weeks of the first payment. It was the perfect system for my parents needs. I highly recommend Sweetly and Kelly Grant. We could not be happier with the results.

A friend told me about Sweetly and the possibility to sell without showings which I was very interested in! I met with Kelly Grant and although my condo didn't meet the criteria to do that approach, there was good vibes with Kelly and she became my realtor for both the sale of my condo AND the purchase of my new home. Everything happened really fast between the sale and purchase! Sale happened May 30. Purchase happened June 2. And got the keys to my new home June 24!! If you are in a desperate situation this would be the only way I recommend Sweetly. I thought about only giving 1 star, but they got 2 stars because they have a good concept for people who have no choice and need to be released from their financial obligations. I completely regret my decision because I was not in that scenario. It started off good, they came in really positive and gave me the offer I was looking for. But then a bunch of events transpired, which wasn't sitting well with me, but unfortunately the contract was already signed. These are the events that happened, and there has never been an apology, just a bunch of excuses. -I am told that my house will sell at the price we agreed on -I am told there would be a discount if the house was sold fast -Sweetly sends a disrespectful unprofessional handyman to quote on paint and baseboard repairs, who dissed our house in front of us and then who over quoted -I am told that if I spend any money on upgrades then it would be added to the asking price -$5000 quote was given on repairs, and no added money to the selling price, instead I was told that with the repairs we could definitely get the asking price, so I had another quote given to me which was half the price. -One afternoon I was constantly bombarded at work with phone calls from their admin asking 2 questions at a time, then call me back 5 minutes later for more questions, which went on for a whole afternoon. -I was forced to have the house in photographic order 2 days before they took possession so they didn't have to wait to put it on the market, which put me and my handyman guy in a huge rush to be out and have everything in order, they had no respect for my time. -I am told to meet at my house on possession date at noon for the key exchange- No one shows up- I waste my time and take time away from my job - when I call , they tell me that the admin person has been screwing up and she was fired that morning -after 4 days on market, Sweetly wants to lower the asking price but will wait till after the weekend because there were a bunch of showings booked. -I am told that there was an offer so they were so happy they didn't drop the price -I am finally told after the house was officially sold that the price was reduced by $ 13000 -I am asked to do a google review, so I express my feeling of dissatisfaction of the whole process and instead of trying to rectify the whole situation, I am told that if I do a review that they will battle me out over google. -I received my payout statement which had no discount -When I asked why I wasn't receiving a discount on their rate, since I figured 6 days sold is pretty fast, he told me there was one given, but it wasn't too late for him to contact the lawyer to change this, There was no discount given according to the payout and then he had the audacity to threaten me with my own money. I sent him this list about my concerns and all I received was excuses. and I was told if I give this review, they would battle it out over google.
