For me this place had a lot of good and a decent bit of bad, I loved how the place got great sunlight and the closeness to the lrt was definitely a plus. Our building manager was awesome always so great if we ever had questions or concerns. It did concern me that the bathroom had very limited space but I find with many apartments that just is the case, and at least the water pressure was good. The bedrooms are on the smaller side to make way for the large living area but I almost would have rather had a larger room or bathroom and just that main large living area, but they were put to good use :) The kitchen didn’t have much counter space so I would recommend thinking about investing in an island to help with that issue. Overall you have to be willing to pay a lot in rent and utilities and weigh whether it is worth it to you. I would recommend having more people to split the cost with personally but it’s all based on what you feel is best for you. If you do decide to live here there are lots of things to love about it like the cute Pomeranians a couple houses down or the live entertainment of crazy people that come out at night in Edmonton, and the elevator is definitely nice to have.

I have lived at 11212 Apartments for the last 2 years and I love it. The building is clean, securely accessed, tenants are respectful, it’s quiet, management is wonderful to work with and always responds to enquires quickly and professionally if you have questions about anything. The complex it’s close to the LRT, you can even have access to the swimming complex over at the Stadium On certain days, close to trails, neighbourhood skating rink in the winter is just down the road, close to grocery stores and more. You’ll be happy to call this your home.

The property at 11212 85 street is nice. Whoever the architect was who built it till this day I’m not sure what they were thinking about, there isn’t nearly enough cabinet space, there is absolutely no storage in the two bedrooms and the bathroom is more of less a joke. There is massive space in the actual suite but nothing to do with it. The building manager is a lovely lady and pleasant to deal with but the actual owner is a very rude and unprofessional person. They also charge for water and electricity and so in a month you have utilities that you might not even rack up in a house over here. Is it worth it, perhaps but I wouldn’t recommend it, it ain’t a bang for your buck. Glad to be moving out. ** this place is also advertised as having in-suite laundry IT DOES NOT!**
