I don't know what it is with some property management companies scheduling an appointment for a viewing and then having someone else there past the scheduled time. This happened to us. We were scheduled for 430pm for a viewing and someone else was there. I strongly believe potential tenants should not be around each other. Leave half hr between appointments, how hard is this? We left, because clearly the other people were more important. This was very disrespectful what happened and not how proper business is done. Respect peoples time and they will respect yours.

We are impressed with the design/ structures the welcoming living room/ bedrooms & the location which is close to my brother & his family. Chloe was helpful throughout the whole process, she updated us every details & steps of the construction virtually or by sending us pictures. There are some minor issues that we addressed to the service warranty which they answers as soon as they can.
