Since they delete all the bad reviews I’ll post again horrible place to live. Lots of noise and tons of bugs my house is spotless and we still get them in from the dirty building. Management does not care. They have entered my place illegally and when I confronted them on it all they said was do you have proof and claimed it was an emergency. Laundry is horrible doesn’t work half the time and extremely expensive. Water is shut off 1-3 times a month for “maintenance” can’t wait til our lease is up !

Made an appointment to view, which was confirmed by their appointment booking system. Showed up on time to view today and was told I had no appointment and that there are no suites available at The Westmount. No one called me to cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional. I had rented in The Westmount years ago, which was why I wanted to rent there again. By appearance of the inside lobby, looks like the place has gone downhill and still has a key system as opposed to FOBs. Outdated building with no security cameras in the front entrance.

I wish I could rate this as negative stars. Terrible experience with living here over the past year. The staff are never in the office when you need to pay rent, and I often had to walk to a completely different building in -30 weather just to avoid getting a late fee added. They know how to take your money here. Upon moving out, we were told we would get our deposit back, but instead we got a bill for $650 for having dust in the apartment. Outrageous. I will never in my LIFE live with boardwalk again. Good riddance.

I live in 8820 Jasper avenue and they keep Open Zym 9am to 5 pm ? Not sure they keep open for who ? Only one excuse they use it covid -19 ? All the gyms are open 24 hours or maximum hours . They requested Proof of vaccination which is totally fine and still they keep open office hours . Not sure about their understanding

Office staff are polite, courteous and attentive to our needs. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. Property is well kept inside and out. Tenants are friendly. Security on site.

Every time I try to book an apartment tour the rep always was late and not just 5 or 10 minutes I am talking about a couple hours late! I literally waited in my car for that long just to take a look at the apartment. I don't know how they keep their business going if their staff are so incompetent. SO ANNOYING!!!
