Jeff is meticulous, highly detailed, and is resourceful in finding missing condominium documents no matter how many pages the document. Also, when he is finished reviewing the condominium document he takes as much time is needed for one to understand the document. In all Jeff’s knowledge and experience Jeff was clearly demonstrated when he addressed my questions and concerns. Therefore, I highly recommend Jeff if you have a complex condominium document to review.

This company is TERRIBLE I have no idea where these 5 star reviews are coming from. Our board went from 12 meetings a year to 6 meeitings WITH and AGM. We have not had an AGM in 2 years. Their priorities for what is important are twisted arround - they would rather clean windows, than deal with aging pavement. They have 0 consideration for people with disabilities. They have no understanding of ANY of our by-laws. They are discriminitory prejoudicial and outright TERRIBLE company to deal with. If you want your board to be involved in a human rights complain and other long drawn out legal processes then yah go with theses guys.

I lived in and owned Garneau Trends off of Whyte Ave for 3 years. Of those 3 years, the property was managed by another company and many of the buildings issues would go unresolved, or not completed fully. Of the remaining 6 months that I owned my condo, Blueprint Condominium Management took over, and I could already see positive changes being made. From my first meeting with Jeff and Abe, it was obvious they wanted to make a positive difference and see some much needed change. Right away, you could tell they were motivated to address and improve any concerns had, and were open to ideas the board brought.
