Disappointed is an understatement. Nearly 14 years of paying and being a good tenant and never late with a payment, and I feel like I got a huge slap in the face. Nearly a $6000 bill moving out for a few square feet of "mould remediation". It's very unfortunate, but I would never again lease with Bentall Kennedy.
