Sherry Panagapka does not know how to mutually represent two parties equally in a transaction. Sherry also does not know how to classify a bedroom in a house, she had the property listed as a 3 bedroom when the one room had no access or egress through a window that was boarded over. I had to let her know as the buyer that this is not a window. In addition to Sherry not knowing her facts about house bedroom classifications, disclosure of property structural issues and unfair representation, she is by far the rudest most unprofessional real estate agent I have ever dealt with. I do not recommend her at all, she completely soured my house buying experience and I will never work with her again.
