This company ia super unprofessional, the amount of people I know(Including myself) who have had the worst experiences with these people. Your better off going with a private renter in KL. Thankfully my hellish experience ended with them faorly quickly. But a friend of mine got kicked out for no reason, the day after she moved in a few things. She wasn't even living there yet for pitys sake! Not to mention instead of taking criticism from the comments Sandstone passive aggressively responds to people or outrite deletes negative comments. My word of advice, look literally anywhere else.

They are the worse landlords..slum lords if you will. People going without heat in the winter things don't get fixed properly buildings are not maintained yet they claim they are..they are no where to be found when a problem occurs! Stay away!!

The property management team at sandstone are extremely helpful and kind. They take all of your concerns seriously and have them address as soon as possible. The building is always clean and well up kept. The maintenance is always done in a timely manner with very little impact to the residence. They do a great job vetting their tenants. I feel save living in their building with my children.
