I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with Kerri and Quantum Realty Services. Anytime help is needed, she was only a phone call away and came right over to address the issue. She helped me find my apartment and negotiated a fair price. Thank you Kerri ! Highly recommended

I wish I could post -5 stars. Really sad situation, actually very disgusting, that I'm in with this company. I've been at odds with them for months now (since May) to have extreme stomping and whatnot from the tenants above me stopped. Ive been lied to and about, my claims dismissed and belittled. Even treated with disrespect. I keep video and audio of all my encounters. I was going to landlord board but didnt have the money that day. Quantum texted me very personal texts in regard to an earlier review outlining this very situation. I had to wait a week for the money to go back to the Landlord tenant board and to my surprise it got quiet. I think my first review had an affect so out of kindness I took it down. I see now I shouldn't have. Every weekend and the odd weeday/evening the noise is back. Stomping. Hitting the floor above me with hard, heavy objects. Dropping heavy things on the floor many times. Walking on his heels. The parents dropping their feet down as one would if walking in an angry or intimidating manner. You name it. Marching back and forth stomping as hard as he can. Its gone past 2am some nights. Ive asked them in person to stop and was told in very rude manner NO! As I write this review the stomping is happening. The cops say its the landlords responsibility. The cops tell me they said theyd stop and we felt that was it. The tenants only tell the cops that so they dont get any trouble and the police just leave. My land management group has let me down for the final time. Im going to the landlord tenant board and this time I got the money. No more cause it was quiet a day or a week. It always returns and shouldnt even for one time at all. I know my rights. Im educated. This is the part that insults me the most from my land management group. They dont think I know the law. Im too nice and am sick of being walked on, no pun intended. This company wsnts their cash and thats it. They take the rent and leave you to live in s nightmare they created by putting this family in and not sticking up for me to the very end since Ive held up my end of the deal. I kept it as professional as possible but they dont care. I get no respect at all. Be warned if you want to rent from them. Its risky bussiness.

These people did not do what they promised. They rented alright but did not report a cat in apartment which was not allowed. They did not follow up and do final inspection when tenants moved and had left garbage and damages.They did not inform me that tenants were moving, no reports and no communication. Terrible service.

Kerry Blais is a liar and so dishonest have to get involved with landlord Tenant Board they do nothing at all to secure the property, have problem tenants and drug dealing tenants and are currently charging me 750 a month for an apartment that is supposed to be 525 ,I'm going to be contacting an attorney very soon
