I sold my house (located in Hull) in August, and Helene Theoret was the selling (and buying) agent. I highly recommend her. She was extremely professional, prompt at returning calls and emails, and answered all questions with patience and a sense of caring. I felt fully supported throughout the process. Even when I needed advice on downsizing and moving, she was there to give me recommendations and support (like offering to lend her dolly). Unlike some agents I have had in the past, who were just concerned with the bottom line, she tried her best to meet my objectives in terms of price and conditions. She is also a consummate negotiator, which probably comes from her many decades of experience. All in all, it was a great experience with Helene Theoret, and I would not hesitate to have her as my agent again.
