Very rude agent (Jeff) who doesn't respect NO SOLICITING signs in stratas. When told he's in a no soliciting complex, states "I know, goodbye now" and continues to solicit properties. When told to leave, he refuses. I do not suggest doing business with this agency because of their agents attitude, arrogance. I can only imagine what will happen if and when you do business with them, which I hope you won't.

Nathan Isherwood

This is the biggest and best real estate office in Maple Ridge, with three locations across town to display your home to the public. The realtors here are energetic, knowledgeable and helpful.

Landlord hired Mark Murphy from this realty company as a Property Manager fo the building I live in. So far I have not had any response to repairs needed in my suite and the water is now turned off and there has been no notice given to the Tenants about this! The only thing that Mark Murphy has done is try to harass me into paying the Landlord money that I do not owe, he is also encouraging non- Compliance with an Order given to the Landlord by the Residential Tenancy Branch. Extremely poor communication and has not responded to overdue repairs needed! Obviously this Property Manager does not have Tenants best interest in mind!

I have dealt with them though my business career as a strata manager and personally with my home purchase. The team is professional, courteous and has a very extensive knowledge of the local market. Jim Isherwood is the owner and very friendly and attentive to your needs as a realtor and has over 30 years of experience in the industry and running his office.
