Ron Wall was my landlord for 2.5 years. When he terminated our residence he claimed he and his wife were moving in. During the two and a half years I had brought to his attention many items that needed to be addressed. Holes in floor fixed by hockey tape, bathroom plumbing held together with hockey tape. Gutters plugged and overflowing onto the deck causing mold and mildew in the spare room, damaging the vinyl deck covering. He ignored all of the request to fix the issues. On move out he tried to hold us responsible for damages done by his neglect and damages done by previous tenants. Ron and his wife did not move in Ron upgraded the suite from carpet to hard wood floor. He attempted to charge us 8000.00 for damages to pay for the upgrade to hardwood floor. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN HE IS NOT HONEST OR TRUSTWORTHY
