Mindy is Amazing. We interviewed a few realtors before deciding on listing with Mindy. Mindy was the most experienced and the most prepared for the interview. She put good value on our property. We expected to sit on our property for 6mos-1year, but we had an offer after 1 day! So our experience with selling was very short lived. However, we spent about 5 weeks with her while we searched and searched for our next home. She kept us informed on everything, and was incredibly knowledgeable with the market trends and current state. We eventually found the right home for us and Mindy had to work hard to get the deal done for us. Overall, she is a force! A knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate force. Would most definitely recommend Mindy!

Mindy represented my wife and I as buyers in 2013 when we were looking for an acreage in the Fraser Valley. She was thorough, drove us around exhaustively from seller to seller and eventually, when we found a new home, negotiated in an exemplary fashion on our behalf. I sold the same place after property development this year, and was disappointed that Mindy had not responded further to visiting to assess property value. So I exclude that from my five star assessment as she is not being rated on that.

We listed our house for sale at the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. We had one showing on our house that landed us an offer. However, the offer wasn’t acceptable to us and Mindy worked very hard to get the deal done. I know it wasn’t easy because the Buyers agent had 3 different people working the offer. I could tell it was a frustrating situation but Mindy remained professional throughout the process! She was determined to get the deal done... and she did! We were able to move on and fulfill our dreams!!! Highly recommend Mindy for her tenacity, her professionalism and her kindness.

Do not choose Top Producers for property management. The house we rented has leaks in the roof, the dryer broke down, and the house went up for sale and none of her realtors were present for the showings so we were expected to facilitate those viewings even during Covid. The roof has yet to be fixed we bought a dryer and are now moving as she has protreyed us to be the problem. Had the owners saved themselves the money and not used a property management service they would have been better off.
