Matt is the third best realtor in the city. I don't know who the other 2 are but I really want to leave those 2 spots open just in case I meet a better realtor than Matt. Everything he does is extremely above average and he has exceptionally blue eyes. They're hypnotizing. Maybe it's because he has 12" eyelashes. I could't imagine liking him more than I already do...well maybe if he shaved that soul patch off. That would be the only thing though. Other than his looks he is also great at his job. But those suits though, he looks like uptown manhattan every time you see him. I mean does this guy even own a t-shirt?

Who knew a bench ad in front of Starbucks of Matt's would lead us to selling our house!!! My husband and I decided to list our home on a last minute whim and Matt was the first to respond out of all the agents we messaged. He came promptly and was extremely responsive. Matt also didn't provide us a listing price that would be just a quick sale for him. In the end, we received more than what other agents wanted to start our home at!!! Matt has the most wondeful photographer and videographer, who accommodated our schedule and came in right away. His videographer and Matt came to our home at 11pm to shoot a video to show the night time entertaining area. Talk about above and beyond!!!! Matt ran ads on social media, I even had a friend send me a picture of our house being an ad on YouTube. He hosted an Agent open house which extended the reach as well. He certainly had no shortage of effort. We came into a multiple offer situation and Matt guided us through it. He was professional, respectful, and we loved working with him. I recommend him every chance I get, as I know anyone he works with would be well taken care of.
