She sold my home in Grande Prairie although her and I had never met as I am a Yukon resident! My home was literally on the market for 1 day and it had an offer immediately and I accepted. Hardworking and amazing is an understatement! When Sherri first sat down with us to discuss switching realtors about selling our property, she was honest and serious but also the nicest person. She told us her ideas on selling and the steps she takes to make your property sell! She won us over from the moment we met her. We got the ball rolling a couple days later, and after our having our farm on the market for several months with a previous realtor, Sherri was able to reach over 11 thousand views of a video she set up! With that, she got a call with an offer within a month of the new relisting. Buying a home was another story, but just as successful!! Sheri is the most human, ethical, polite, honest realtor I’ve worked with. I needed to sell my home unexpectedly, and she came and gave me advice on: what to upgrade and what to leave. Her knowledge helped so much and I ended up spending a very minimal amount. She checked in with me during my Reno’s and once we listed we had multiple offers with an accepted offer in only 4 days.
