Greetings: Several years ago, some friends and I (we live in the States) bought an investment property in Montreal, which turned out to be a horrible investment. I won't bore you with the details. Since my co-investors and I really needed to sell the property (the taxes and condo fees were killing us), I asked my accountant for a referral for a real estate agent. She put us in touch with Maxence. For a variety of reasons there was NO MARKET for the unit. Nonetheless, Maxence showed great patience, reliably kept us informed of the overall situation, promptly recalled calls, kept in contact with other agents and ultimately sold the property.
